IMAGE RIGHTS
The image rights are registered in the French law within well defined limits. However, it is sometimes difficult to the photographer to come into contact with the people photographed and to obtain all the necessary authorizations. In addition, it would be a pity that photographs remain in a drawer, since they do not represent the people in humiliating or degrading situations and since they are of artistic interest or they are the testimony of a situation, under the pretext that the photographer could not contact the people represented. I thus chose to show in the galleries of this site all the photographs which I like and which, I hope for, you will appreciate.
If on a photograph webcasted on this site :
1. you recognize yourselves and
2. you did not give me the authorization to use your image for webcasting
in the galleries of my site and
3. you do not wish that this image be webcasted on my site,
I ask you to accept my humbler excuses and highly encourage you to announce
your position to me by writing
to me. Please specify the reference and the title of the photograph concerned.
I would have a duty then to remove the photograph concerned of my galleries
as soon as possible.
